lazazeen ~ that's simply not true. Anyone who sleeps around is subject to more than 2x STD infection rate, especially if they don't use a condom. How would a uninfected gay couple in a monogamous relationship be any more open to infection than a straight couple?

I think you're presuming that monogamy is an exclusively heterosexual activity which simply isn't true.

Since we've all been through the same ordeals more or less, we have a family feeling among us...
Around my gay friends I can be more myself than around my other friends.
An other advantage is that there is a great love among us, not only for my friends but also for their children... we would go through fire to help them!

There are no legal benefits for a gay or bi person. And culturally, the benefits vary, but in most areas in the United States homosexuality is still looked down upon and discouraged.

Other than the love two people have for each other, there is no other benefit for a gay or bisexual person.

1) Gay males get an automatic bonus to the disposition of all females we encounter. 2) We're immune to the sort of girls who abuse their good looks to exploit free labor and goods from men. 3) Pig-headed macho straight guys, believing that all homosexuals are basically women, will often not expect us to participate in heavy lifting or intense physical labor. That last part is surely insulting for many but I see it as a benefit.

Well, being gay in a world that would happily lop off your head and march it about town in celebration of their "religion" really gives you a much broader perspective on the difference between right and wrong.

Gay and lesbian often saved and rescued all children who were abused emotionally or physically by their biological HETERO parents.
Gay and lesbian adopt those poor children and give true love and pure happiness to them because they didn't receive love at all but a dark void in their soul from their abusive hetero parents.
:)
