Friend ,
Tell me a field in ones life where we do not use the Numbers or numerals, which form fundamentals of mathematics.
When a baby is born, we measure the height and weight, heart beat etc. When we want some dress stitched, we measure cloth required.
We remember our date of birth and age and say we are this much old.During travel you need to know the distances and time taken to travel for proper planning.
We count our animals, pets and use terms this generation and that generation etc.
so the use of mathematical numbers has become an integral part of our life, and we use involuntarily even.
Pure mathematics is a science that teaches you how the problems can be solved. It shows the easy ,systematic way to arrive at the solution.and this pure Mathematics we apply in all branches ,almost all, in our education curriculum , we use and this is called aplied mathematics.
We need to maths to know the distances of planets from earth, the speed and angle of earth axis to know the diffeences of time periods of day and night during Earth's orbit.
In astronomy, astrology,Chemistry,Physics,Nuclear science etc etc ....in all subjects maths is life and is the vital component for the growth of that science.Without mathematics (applied) no science grows.
Mathematics is a logical way of telling you or making you understand the reality and arrive at the conclusion.
We can't imagine any science without mathematics, for that matter.

You would need maths in almost all daily transactions like shopping, settling bills, paying taxes etc. so whether you study accountancy, statistics, stock market theory, engineering or similar subjects, you would need maths.
There are subjects where you won't need maths like painting, english and similar languages etc.

You will come to know as you grow up and enter into real world. So for now study maths very carefully even if your field is nothing to do with maths for now but it will help you in future. Ok. Best luck.

Maths helps us add up the marks we secured in that particular subject. It also helps us in drawing certain diagrams in Science and Drawing.. It also helps us in calculating the Percentage of marks secured in various subjects.

A process of adding a human awareness is relating two key elements! They are ''number' and 'language', (which are key elements that suppots a knowledge)!
'Skill' refer to knowledge application! Thus number, language and skill control human activities!
Both number and language have their own identities but not own-existence. Your question is partly answered here! How mathematics (numbers) relate other subjects (that are predominently language-dominent)!
By adding number-element in a sentence we get reasonably well-controlled language-sense, which usually gives a sense of condition! A grammar of relating singular, dual and plural consistently fix 'conditions in a sentence'!
No wonder that Ancient Indians (who excelled in using a language) used numbers as conditions !
Number/condition of a first-unit is that "no before unit of it", which condition is a-zero! All sort of humbugs are propagated now by rrelating said simple logic which effectively made it a not- scientific thinking!
Fact is that no 'other subjects' will stand alone without a number support and number application become senseless without correct awareness and application of related basics!
I feel you are aware of problems concerning number applications (when numbers are used as variables as that in usual algebra or a formula or so on...) you have said facts!
Sorry, I could not explain any thing beyond 'absolute basics' concerning your question!
Regards!

You need it for biology...mainly the statistics, but other tpyes as well.
Without any statistics, no scientific work is work the paper its written on. You need to qualify comments with statistical proff.
Also many models are written and calculated to describe huge numbers of thiings eg populations (breeding, growth, population structure, movements) which is used to plan for the future etc etc

Mathematics is a science that can be mastered only by the very very intelligent. If you are good at mathematics ,it means you are intelligent enough to master any subject.
