Got my tens unit yesterday. There are 5 pulses u can choose from. So far still have pain. I guess you have to wait a few days before it will take affect. I also got the lidoderm patch and anxiously waiting to pick it up. I wonder if you can wear patch along with the tens unit. thanks

I have. I just don't put the tens ON the patch area. I put it as close as possible.

Most of the pain relief that I got from my TENS unit was pretty immediate relief. You can wear the patches and the TENS unit pads together if you don't put them in the same place otherwise you can't wear them at the same time.

It should still be ok to use your patches but I would recommend double checking with your dr to be on the safe side. They can tell you for sure if it's safe to do or not.
