I know "vini, vidi, vici" means "I came, I saw, I conquered"

Therefore, if you're asking about "viva" (instead of vidi) - meaning "to live" - I would guess:

"viva, vini, vici" means "I live, I came, I conquered"

viva= animus
vini= vine-dresser
vici=conquer, overcome, master, win, surpass, excel
Well that is what it means. BUT

I think you mean~
Veni, vidi, vici
Caesar's terse remark -- translated as "I came, I saw, I conquered", or even "came, saw, conquered"

What you asked is she "an animal cross dresser who conquered the wine" LOL

Do you mean "Veni, vedi, vici" ?
If yes, then it is a famous quotation by Julius Cesar meaning:
I came, I saw, I conquered.
