My graveyards encounter ..Pt2.?

ok , so heres the story so far..and by the way its not a story its fact...in short 2 days ago..i was visisted( or thought i was) and ended up at 2am at the local graveyard. stood over a tombstone ..when i looked at it, the girl had the same name and birthdate (300 years prior ) to mine... id never seen or heard of this tombstone before... Now cats hiss at me...dogs bark at me... and im cant sleep. well last night.. i was tryng tyo sleep, then a book fell of by itself from my shelf...and landed on my bed , page open .....my windows where open, so maybe the wind blew it down... now this is odd..on the page that opened the first line....read....she***(girls name from the graveyard) was trapped and was searching for an answer....and she shouldnt be afraid....it then said...the journey will be long and trecharous...but the reward will be great!
what does this mean???? im haveing to mayny wierd things happening to me...and im scared and confused....:-(( can someone b callin me frm beyound?

it means your letting it overcome you and dooming you to fear... think of it this way it is your destiny to find it now sort it out and see where it takes you... if you don't then it will consume you and might hurt you more then you know ... don't run face it and move on with it... if it hurts you makes you feel afraid then it has changed you and thats the reson it happened... if you let it consume you then it possess you and you are then doomed... it happened to me ... with death then i made love with it not hate or fear and i understood why it all happened... now i can live to the end of my days knowing i won over it...

Wow. Well if this is true, and you aren't just out here trying to pull people's legs or write a romance novel or something, then yes, I would say that this spirit is asking for help. It doesn't sound like this spirit is malevolent, but animals may be reacting not because they are reacting to you, but they might be picking up that this spirit is hanging around you. I had an odd visitation once, some years ago, the spirit apparently continued to hang out in my bedroom for awhile. My cat, who normally slept right next to me, refused to enter the bedroom for over a month after that. One thing that I would recommend is even if this spirit does not mean harm to you, you should do some reaseach on spiritual practices for protection and shielding. It is very important to learn how to shield yourself, even if the spirit is not dangerous, because working with things like this can open the door to other spirits that are malicious, or who might like to posess you, so learning how to be properly protected in the spiritual and psychic sense should be your first priority. Even if it is just saying a prayer to the God of your personal understanding for protection from harm. You can also turn to the God of your personal understanding for guidance as well, and ask for help to understand and resolve the situation. There are ghost hunting societies online, you may wish to look some of them up, but be careful and discerning about the information they provide, some of them know what they are talking about, and some of them are full of crap. I find it interesting that this spirit has the same name and birthdate that you do. This presents some interesting ideas from the stand point of reincarnation. One possibility presented is that you may have been close to this person in a previous life, and came back with her name and birthdate as a sort of remembrance, or you may have been this person in a past life, and came back with the same name and birthdate due to being unable to find closure in the past life, and the energy contacting you is residual energy from a life that needs resolution. Jane Seymour was in an interesting movie about a woman in the present who was contacted by a past life that needed resolution. It is apparently a true story that was depicted. You may find it helpful to look for someone who specializes in past life regression. Just some ideas off the top of my head. One thing that may be helpful to you, is that you could try to do some research on this person, and see if you can find newspaper clippings, journals, and such about her life, that might point the way to what the problem is. I would say look for a good medium, but that is something that you have to be really discerning about as well, there are many good ones out there, and many charlatans , and the last thing you need is to get mixed up with the wrong one. If this is more than just an isolated incident, and if it turns out that you have some ability as a Medium, then you need to find someone with much more experience to train you how to use this ability so you can use it with confidence, and not be as scared or confuse. If you have been given such a gift, these gifts are bestowed with a lesson or lessons involved that go beyond learning about the gift itself. These gifts are for the advancement of your spirit. If it is too scary for you, the gift may be turned down as well, but your advancement would be slower in return. You should also find someone very experienced to help you turn it down, as well, if such is your wish. This is why you are being told that the way is long and treacherous, but the rewards are great. But you do have a choice, just don't lose your head about it. The more details you can go into, the more people will be able to understand what is going on, and try to help you with it.

Edit: I have looked over your other posts about this situation, and I see many others have picked up that it could be about a past life. I think that seeking a past life regression would be a good place to start. I also notice that you remarked that you don't believe in "God", there are methods to improve your shielding that don't specifically involve prayer to a "God", and with some research, you may find other methods to do this.
