do very, very old people, have sex?

When do people stop having sex? When they just can't anymore? Do grandparents have sex?!

As a genuine old person and grandparent I can categorically say that I still think about sex and still do manage to get my wife going occasionally. The thoughts are always there in men (even if it takes longer to get lead in the pencil) but much less so in women after their menopause

Depends what you mean by very, very old. 70,80,85,90 or even100. Yes grandparents have sex,you can be a grand parent at 40 or even less. With older people in their 70's for example sex still plays a part in their lives. Perhaps not as often or as vigorous as in years gone by but still very enjoyable. The time when the desire fades is a personal thing like many other aspects of ageing and many couples in their 80's still engage in a bit of nooky from time to time.The younger generations of the family tend to think that there is no way their aged grandparents,or uncles and aunties would be indulging in sex as they feel it is a young person thing and they have just invented it.

I was unfortunate enough to catch a feature on this morning a few months back about oldies having sex.
Disturbingly they brought in a very elderly couple (The woman had just had a double hip op!!) and an adjustamatic bed and had an 'expert' put the in positions that would be comfortable with arthritus etc!! Spooning I think was the most successful which has put me off completely!
I was so surprised gagged on my cocopops!!
So I guess the answer is yes but I suggest you don't ask your granny.. you will NEVER get an image like that out of your head!! lol

Yes old people have sex they don't stop- well females loose intrest usualy when they are older - but a man- they are just as willing or more willing to do stuff - providng they are physically able ..
I've heard of elderly women stripping down naked in the elderly homes & laying onhte floor telling the men to come & get her - so if u want more nightmare material - go to your local senior home/ hospital !!

Yes. I know a guy in an Assisted Living Home that had several stokes. He occasionally doesn't recognize people he knows. He has been having sex with the same lady for awhile. I often wonder what he thinks when he wakes up with her and doesn't recognize her. Could it be, " Man, I just scored another one!!"

My gramps is in his 70s and suffers from severe ephyzema and gram is 80 and although he can barely breathe it doesnt stop him. Kinda gross when you go to visit and you hear it however LOL. Well not gross but wierd. I think it just depends on weather or not there is still a sex drive or not.

Generally male can have sex after 12 years of age and female after 9 years of age. and they can have it till they are dead regardless of the age. but the frequency and drive gets low with higher age.

However it is not advisable to have sex before 18.
