I think intelligence is being able to rationalize with people and having common sense and logic.
A wise person is more of a deep thinking, in that he exells at thinking up meanings and reasons for the bigger questions in life. Sometimes they can be small too though.

There is definitely a difference. Intelligence is raw brain capacity. It's the ability for your mind to comprehend facts, solve problems, think in the abstract form and otherwise perform all the tasks needed to master rocket science, brain surgery, etc.
Wisdom is your knowledge of how the world works. It means knowing the best way to do things. Having patience, understanding right from wrong, having your priorities straight, etc.
Obviously there is some correlation between the two. They both relate to your mental capacity. Still, they're not always inclusive of each other.
A seven year old with a 190 IQ is intelligent. But he's not necessarily wise. Forrest Gump is an example of someone who is wise without being particularly intelligent. Albert Einstein is widely viewed as someone who is both wise and intelligent. Believe it or not, Paris Hilton is viewed as someone who is neither.

There are different ways of being intelligent. You can have a lot of book knowledge from studying or from being well traveled, reading a lot or studying a particular field. Being wise comes from facing and getting through real life situations. A wise person has lived a full life and experienced many things in their lifetime and has become wise from living and learning. You don't learn how to be wise from a book, it's from life. That's my opinion, anyway.

Hmm....
Here is the difference: When you are intelligent, you can make decisions based on what you have studied. When you are wise, it is because you have seriously learned from a life experience that taught you something that changed you from the core. But...being intelligent comes with a duty: You must use it or loose it.
Ever heard "The mind is a terrible thing to waste"
Being wise is innate: You are born with wisdom, and it is up to you to uncover it and cultivate it. look at your ancestors and you will know.

Intelligence is education and the ability to learn
Wise (wisdom) is knowing how to use what you have or what God gave you.
FYI: You can be intelligent and have zero common-sense. How wise would that make you?
You can be wise but not be able to read. How intelligent are you?

Being wise skill having a theory and being smart skill its noble implementation. those are basically words which have a large difference merely at psychological stages. they have a diverse meanings for philosophers, poets and thinkers. Its difficult to state with examples all i am going to assert is that for all the above human beings intelligence may lead on someone to strong or undesirable yet knowledge or being smart as u placed it leads merely to strong. those both words recommend a similar. the merely way u can differentiate is by technique of searching at human beings, whom u comprehend, are in adversity. merely then u will cope with to appreciate the adjustments and similarities.

Intelligence can ge learned... Intelligence is being able to process knowledge and apply it to your life.
Wisdom cannot be learned. It is only gained through experiences. You cannot read a book to become wise... but you can read and become intelligent.

i think INTELLIGENCE views "how much u know", which is totally overated b/c it just depends on your memory and ur experiance.
whereas WISDOM is a like how well u can connect unrelated ideas together. So really creative and entrepreneurs are wise. So are funny pple and comedians. I believe comedians are the wisest pple on the earth but are too lazy to apply their knowledge to real earth problems, because they are having such a good time.
