only TOUCHING your car and you need to punish him??? if you meant VANDALIZING, then i suggest you call the police and take pictures for proof. it's never right to revenge in examples you've given above! perhaps you need to learn anger management... and learn to forgive, it's really not as bad as you make it seem (unless you used the wrong words for your question). because touching a car is harmless and no wrong done.
