Hi,
I think, in 15 years, Turkiye will be a member of the European Union.
This is a time duration.
Because, strategy of Turkiye is so important between the East and the West. Turkiye is also a energy corridor such as Baku-Ceylan oil pipe line.
In political, Turkiye is Secular Country.
And then I think, Armenia and Ukraine will be member of the union.
Regards

The geographic borders of Europe are the Ural Mountains and the Caucasus Mountains, along with many bodies of water. Of the countries you mentioned, Moldova and Ukraine are in Europe and Armenia is technically in Asia, along the European border.
This is not to say, however, that there is no way Armenia could ever join. The EU is strictly a political organization, and can choose to admit whomever it wishes. Turkey is a member nation, despite the fact that more than 95% of its territory lies in Asia. Armenia would be a bit of an oddball, though. It would be isolated by Russia, which is not likely to ever join the EU.

Pablo Turkey is not a member of the EU. And it will not be for some time.
Eventually more countries will join EU but not for some time. Will it come all the way to Armenia? Who knows....

Armenia's geographical location- Southwestern Asia, east of Turkey in the Caucuses region.
BBC Country Profiles Guide to Europe lists Armenia under Europe. Politically Armenia is considered European.

This is only a technicality for the major reason culturally Armenia is part of Europe just like Georgia. In other words Armenian's heritage makes it more European then Asian. In terms of politics (foreign affairs) and culture Armenia belongs to the following European organizations UEFA (SPORTS EUROPE ZONE), EURO Vision Song Contest, EU is their major trading partner, active member council of Europe, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and many other European organizations.
Armenia EU membership technically yes, but not in the near future for the following reasons #1 Armenia is very much in Russia's orbit politically #2 Armenia must resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh problem #3 Make progress in corruption, continue to promote democracy- Still a problem of a free media and President Kocharyan must demostrate he is commited to free and fair elections. (Viable political opposition)
Ukraine- Must solve the political dispute between Viktor Yushenko (Pro Western) wants closer relations with the EU and PM Viktor Yanokovych (Pro Russian). This a real ethnic divide Ukranians live in the Western Half and they are oreinted towards Western Europe. Eastern Half which is made up of ethnic Russians who want to remain within the Russian orbit.

On top of that Ukraine must reform its economy very corrupt and needs liberalization. Again a East/West divide.
Moldova- Not very likely it's one of the poorest nation in Europe with a low standard of living. Problems #1 Political dispute with ethnic Russians over Trans-Dniester #2 Free media #3 Make more of an effort to root out corruption. #4 Must lower its huge foreign debt.
