and erase one thing or person out of your life what or who would it be and why? Me, I would erase the bad memories of my drunken days out. sober is better.

Not me! I don't want to forget those "unhealthy" days! The memories remind me of how much better things are now that I'm not under the influence of some chemical. Yes, sober is definitely better.
I guess I really don't want to erase ANYTHING! All those memories, both good and bad are part of ME. They have made me what I am today. And today, I'm really happy.
It hasn't been and easy road, Lots of pot holes and cracks in it (medical problems, dealing with my addictions, years of therapy, depression.........and it goes on and on.)
But I'm a better person for it all. I have reached that point where people tell me I have wisdom. That makes me feel much better than those days I remember just sleeping all day because I was too afraid to face the daily challenges.
I'll keep 'em.................good question!

All of our experiences make us what we are today.
I don't think I'd erase anything Mostly I've learned something from every person I've met.
May be the memories of your "drunken" days will help you not to start drinking again.
It is amazing how many people you can help, simply by telling your story.

Me too. I want to get rid of bad memories of my drinking days. I want to settle at my age of 20 (now 53), when I started earning.

I would erase my biological father. he packed up and left my mom me and my sis, when I was 6 years old. Thank god for my Step dad==Dad
