If the information on Don Lenhardt provided by the other answers is accurate, then he's not the correct answer. No matter what the year, June 2 and June 9 are never going to be in the same week because they're always going to be the same day of the week (for example, both days fall on Saturday this year).

He's probably the closest we'll find to hitting 2 grand slams in the same ballpark in the same week but not for the same team, so he's probably the guy you're looking for, but in that case, there's no correct answer to your question.

Don Lenhardt. He hit a grand slam at Fenway Park on June 2, 1952 while playing for the Red Sox. He then hit another grand slam at Fenway Park as a member of the Tigers on June 9, 1952
