i mean the slightest thing and i lose it. i am a self confessed stress bag,i hate it....i wish i could change....its not that easy.
i cant meditate as i have a three year old and a VERY lazy partner. i pay the bills,he earns the money but i handle all the stress in the house he is not capable! if i died he'd be f**k'd trust me!

Everybody is easy going and a stress bag. It depends on what the issue is and at which level of someones priorities lays.
Remember that when we were 6 years old we had stress if our drawings were nice for the teacher.
As for your partner, I don't think that he is lazy. You just need to make a deep discussion on how to run your home!
Prioritize and as for meditation put on the top of every-day's "To Do List"

I get stressed when the bills are piling up, and there is no money, or not enough for them all. Also when my house work gets behind, and everything is disorganized. Then I become the Stress Monster, kinda like the Incredible Hulk. The next day I'm back to normal. I just needed to let out the Stress Monster. My kids hate the Stress Monster, and so do I. :>0

Hi Jo, I guess i am a little of both. I to hold the house together and the stress of everything to do with being in charge. I have my own stress bag at times and try to stay together without losing everything in my head. Not easy to do but some how i manage. LOL.. A Friend.

really easy going. I always figure that there are far worse situations to be and many more people have it a lot worse off than me.
Just do really small things to change your approach to situations. don't try to change too fast, baby steps are best, as you can oftern end up worse off than you started. setting smaller goals are easier to accomplish, and with each one you start to master or feel you can achieve you can move on to the next.
