DDR Difficult or Expert?

i had mocked DDR for years b/c I thought it was a raver ecstasy thing, but after trying it this week I realized it was really hard!

Have you ever reached difficult or expert stage without killing yourself? We can get to basic alright, but on difficult+ we feel like it's not physically possible to make your legs move that way!

Haha, yeah it's pretty difficult.

My brothers and I have had DDR parties sometimes. His fiance is awesome at it and so is one of his friends. Everyone else plays on beginner.

It's fun to watch them though because it looks like their feet are hardly moving, yet they are hitting hundreds of arrows a song.

Just keep practicing and you'll eventually get to the higher levels!

Its much easier for me to play the harder songs at the arcade rather than at home, my mat moves too much to play that fast. But the good news is that the more you play, the easier it gets. You can start learning easier ways to do certain combos without having to turn your feet all around. It just takes practice.
