Every night I'm so tired (like right now)I'll go and try to sleep but I never can.Normally I finally fall asleep at like 3 in the morning.I want to be able to sleep!What can I do so I will sleep better and get to sleep earlier?

I have the same problem but mine is from chronic pain most of the time. I get sleepy when it's too early to go to sleep but then when I need to sleep, I can't. Tylenol helps some but usually I just get up and sit at the computer till I can't focus my eyes.
