A little big in the waist and small hips. She's not an hourglass if that's what you're trying to ask. Hourglass has a slightly smaller waistline. She would need to have a 23-25" with a smaller bust or larger hips. She's an inverted triangle.

Um...how can you judge whether or not someone is sexy from their measurements? I think "sexy" can only be judged by the whole package, personality included.
