I have this sharp pain underneath my feet, between my toe and my heel. I guess you call it the arch. It's been like this for 2 1/2 month now. What is it? I changed shoe it helped a little but the pain came back.

Plantar Fascitis would be my educated guess as well ... first thing I thought of when I read your question. See a doctor for diagnosis, and for healing tips if that is what it is.

your badf shoe has done the job . try resting and not walk toomuch for a while 2 weeks.

check it out with a podiatrist to make sure nothing is broken..
