If you mean that you are already married (in CA) to person A, and then you try to get married in LV to person B? Yeah, you're still married to person A and the LV marriage to B is invalid.

Not if you marry two different people. If you are legally married in CA then that marriage is legal in Las Vegas and every other city in every other state of the U.S. and the second marriage is totally illegal...and worhty of an arrest.

If you are legally married in CA and marry someone else in Vegas, you are a bigamist. No, the marriage is not valid and you are guilty of a crime.

Totally legal and binding everywhere - in the States, in Europe etc. Although the Catholics only recognise marriages that have been performed in a church that is just a doctrine which makes no difference in law. I think you would find that a Catholic Priest, although not recognising it as a Catholic marriage, would not agree to marry you again because of the legal status of the marriage.

I'm pretty sure Dood~~~ is right....you may have committed a crime, however if you were drunk... you can contest that and ask for an anulement immediately... you may not be legally married or you may be a bigamist, but i'd be calling a lawyer a.s.a.p.
If it happens you don't want to be married to "A" person ...you might be able to get a divorce /nun pro tunc... back dated..but don't know for sure if this is possible. If for say you thought you filed divorce papers after being awarded a divorce and they weren't filed and found out later after "remarrying" then thats where nunc pro tunc comes into play....I'm not divulging my source...just know this happens. Its' quite embarassing for the parties involved.
Anyhow I'd be re-examinating your married life... / lifes..

If the same 2 people are involved, yes.
If with different partners, someone would probably be paying the price for polygamy. And I wouldnt expect the 2nd marriage would be considered legal.
