well im not so good at forgiving AND forgetting. i can forgive people but i can never forget, its in my mind forever. even if i dont want it there, its there. i know forgiving and forgetting hasnt worked for me and my cousin. i have been in a fight with her since feb. 2006. and we still havent forgiven or forgotten.

I can forgive easy but I will never forget. I try not to think about the bad though.

Most of the time i do forgive and try to forget, but its never the same with those people!!!

Not always easy, but it is always right to forgive and forget, as God does with us. If he can forgive and forget about our shortcomings, who are we to judge others or hold something against them? No matter what! That's what I believe. Hope it helps.

sometimes i can but some things you can't forget and therefor can't forgive it takes a strong person to forgive someone who has wronged you especially if it was bad and you were hurt by it and others hurt also
