I'll have to say MAN! we woman let it out when we are mad. after it is all said, maybe after 2-3 days we will calm down and let bygones be bygones. Forgiven but not forgotten- we are smart creatures, have to learn from our mistakes. but man, they keep it all inside and it simmers...and occasionally you will reminded of it by small volcanic eruptions here and there.

Men - active volcano
