Do you think that Jom Gordon knows Batman's identity and if he does what would his reasons for not revealing this fact?
In addition since this a work of ficito nwhy would the writers keep it hidden and will they reveal it?

In the series No Man's Land, Batman returned from his self imposed exile to gotham and started his role as Batman again and went to look for gordon to ask for assistance, but Gordan scolded him and said that he didn't know if he could trust Batman. Batman then reveled his identity to Gordon. Gordon den replied that he didnt need or want to know who batman really was, batman den told him it was all that he had. And ta -daaaaaaaaaaaaaa that was how gordon found out batman was bruce wayne. I believe the reason he does not revel the fact is that he has been helping batman for so long and believes that batman can truly help the city, seeing as to how the police force in gotham is corrupted. Neither he nor the city will benefit if the public were to find out who batman is.

Little know fact, Jim gordon is really Batman. Gordon is so troubled by all the criminal activity he can no longer cope with the fact that the law is holding him back . His personality splits into three people, Gordon, Bruce Wayne, And Batman. Gordon thinks Bruce Wayne maybe is The Batman but is so tired after sleepless nights of fighting as Batman can't see that it's actually himself as all three.
Robin knows the truth but,

In the ongoing comic, no. In Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns", Bruce Wayne had retired from being Batman, and told his secret to Jim Gordon. They are seen getting together for drinks and discussing the old days.

In the beginning of Dark Knight Returns, it is strongly implied that Gordon figured it out after Batman retired.

Bat girl was Gordons daughter, when she died the only people who knew were batman and the villian but bruce wayne knew before Commisioner Gordon told him and Gordon was able to put two and two together. As to why he keeps the secret.... He likes the extra help?....
