With pharm tech, there is very little room for advancement, and the salary is poor.
A teacher makes a lot more money than the average pharm tech.

I believe that both are important in one stage .In another stage,we can't have pharmacy tech unless we have education.However, education needs certain kinds of charactrestics of tolerance,patience,love and the ability to cope with different people of different ideas.

Registered pharmacists make more money than teachers around my area. And with America getting older that would be a growing profession
