A king is the size of 2 singles put together. A queen is slightly smaller. A double is even smaller. Single is smallest.

I believe if you push two singles together, you'll have a king size, which is bigger than a double.

A twin is 39 x 75
A double (full ) is 54 x 75
A queen is 60 x 75

Two twins would be roughly the size of a King Size. (74-76 x 80)
