Dr. Strange is a Marvel Super Hero. His real name is Dr. Stephen Strange. He is a master of the mystic arts and has astral projection. He has several items that helps him including the Cloak of Levitation and the Eye of Agamotto which enables him to see through disguises, invoke images of the immediate past, track both corporeal and ethereal entities, probe the minds of sentient beings, and open gateways into other dimensions. His first comic appearance was "Strange Tales #110" in 1963.

The best exsample of Superheros would be Soldiers they unselfishly put their lives on the line to protect us,they will fight till their last breath and give their all.They will go against unbeatable odds and stare evil and danger in the face and still believe they will overcome.Thats what a real Superhero isbut if it's fantasy you want Just throw in Superstrenght,flight,superspeed,and invunerability then you have a Superhero. Strange is a magician in the Marvel Universe I think but if i'm wrong Go to the Wikipedia you should be able to find him there.
