the volume of 1 mole under these conditons is

V = nRT/p as n=1

V =RT/p = 8.31 *(273+25) /(133.3*717)= 0.026m3= 26L

so 0.072 corresponds to 0.072/26= 0.00276mole

and has a mole of O2-- corresponds to 2 faradays

0.00276*2 = 0.00552F
