I take it by 'girlfriend' you just mean 'female friend' - ie platonic friend rather than a lover.
So she's gay - so what? So she wants to sleep with you... well if you want to sleep with her say yes, and if you don't, tell her no thanks, you don't feel that way. Simple.

if you aren't "interested" in her ( sexually) then don't.
if you are interested in her, then do.
(thats if she means that she wants to sleep with you in a sexual way).
if she just wants to go to sleep with someone near her.. then that's up to you, she might just want someone with her when she sleeps, so it could just be a cuddle or something, just because she wants to sleep with you doesn't mean she's trying to get you into a sexual situation, but that is a strong possibility.

I wouldn't even consider it. First of all, how many other people has she slept with, and how well do you know her? I have nothing against gay people (I am straight), but it's really dangerous. She could have a veneral disease, or even worse like HIV. If she gets mad because you won't sleep with her, I'd start looking for another girlfriend. It almost sounds to me like she is making you feel guilty about if. TELL HER NO!!!!!
