I would suggest "You Build Me Up" or other songs by Josh Groban. He's got a great voice and his songs really are chosen to show it off.
"Flying Without Wings" by Westlife (and then Reuben Studdard) is another good one. "Rocket Man" by Elton John has some falsetto, and so does "Nothing Left To Lose" by Mat Kearney. Finally, I'm a fan of "When You Come Back Down" by Nickel Creek.
Good luck.

Check out Le Nozze di Figaro, Mozart. The part of Cherubino (who has two of the best arias in the play) was designed for a castrato, and usually played nowadays by a female, and male alto sopranos are rare. But if you can do it... Damn, at least listen to it.

I dont know about powerful, but in the male high note category, one guy comes to mind... Justin Timberlake... Now my question is, is he doing all the vocals for Britney Spears, or vice versa? Hmm, I guess thats just one of the worlds mysteries...
