It may be legal if it is provided to you by your parents and under their supervision. In some states, this is legal. Not sure about Nebraska so call your local county attorney or prosecutor or DA (all the same thing).

No it is not legal for a minor to drink in any circumstance. In reality someone contributed to your delinquency since you did not buy the alcohol.

The law says its not legal for persons under the age of 21 to consume alcohol. It does not make exceptions for residency. Someone would have had to purchase and provide you with it.... which is also a crime.

the question is did you go out and buy the liquor?
Sure it might be illegal, however you are in the confines of your own place, etc..under lock and key. So long as you dont get too rowdy and the neighbors dont go calling the Police b/c you're raising a ruckus then who will EVER know?

No, it's not legal, and if they are minors (under 18) they can't legally rent an apartment. (not able to sign contracts)

i don't know how it would be legal since purchasing alcohol as a minor is illegal and buying for a minor is illegal as well...besides i think when it mean minors can't drink it does not have any exclusions in it...

No, not anywhere. Also, whoever gave the alcohol to the minor has broken a law as well.
