If you are under 21 it is illegal to consume...period. Unless part of a religous or cultural pratice. Which is probably not hte case here. Or of course, unless you're activley serving in the militray and its on a base. Apperantly there is an exception made there. That might be a urban legend though my cousin in SF swears its true. This is the same guy who played some horrible tricks on me when I was younger.

Right now a minor can drink at home with their parents in Nebraska. The Kruse bill will outlaw all minor drinking except for communion or other religious activity. Drinking will allow punishment for both minor & parents. The party laws are strict now & include parents or anyone over 18 yrs old who allow minors to drink.

Absolutely not. "Minors" cannot buy alcohol so how did they get it and why should they be allowed to consume it where ever they live? If they are of age to buy it then they can drink it but still cannot contribute to other minors drinking it.

no matter where you are your own apartment, parents house or where ever...it is not legal for a minor to drink. Although your chances of getting caught is not likely, it is still not legal.

No not legal if you are a minor, no matter where or what. If you were to be reported you could be charged with a Minor in Possession and/or Minor in Consumption.

It's illegal, but shouldn't be a problem because it's only a problem if your caught. Minors get caught because they do stupid things when drunk!
It's also illegal for anyone to sell alcohol to minors, and also for minors to purchase alcohol. The punishment is normally big fines and good behaviour bonds if your caught. (For a first offense)

How did you come to be in contact with the alcohol.
It is not legal for you to buy it or consume it as a minor no matter what the circumstance.

In the state of missouri, it would be called Minor in Possession and is subject to prosecution.

DONT open the door.. thats all. Ive had cops come all the time cause noise, i just dont answer the door, but yes it is, if you are underage and ure caught, doesnt matter where, youre getting a MIP.
