At home. Usually either you are intoxicated or others are. Get home first. Friends in a car may want to go out, but Cops watch places like Taco Bell on purpose after 11 pm. This is a high risk area.

No dought TACO BELL! One of the few true advertisers on tv, I'm full! a couple of 99cent bean, rice, and cheese burritos plus a grilled steak gordita. MAN that hits the spot! and for about the same price as a $5 McDonalds burger meal that only leaves you feeling hungry a short while later.
