22b hands down the sexiest subaru ever!!!! Long live GCs!!!
I used to own an L with a Spec C transplant and I loved that little beast, too bad someone loved it more than me and borrowed without even having the courtesy to return it :(
I like my 05 STi, but I didn't at first I really didn't care for the nose and the shopping cart wing, but now I have a wrx trunk with an RS hood, and love it, but it's still a face only a mother(or father in my case) can love.

I hate the ones from 2003 and newer...the bug eye headlights are UGLY and the airplane grill is just....eh...and the 2008! Don't get me started!! The GC8's are pretty hot. My boyfriend has a 2000 Impreza 2.5 Rs....it's not an STi but it's still fun.

The new 08 Sti is a fricken joke. It's so dang ugly. I prefer the 05 model. It doesn't have the ugly airplane nosed grill like the 07 model. Plus, it looks more aggressive.

the 22b is by far my fave! but, seeing as how those are a little hard to come by in the usa, i would have to say the '05 sti. there were few differences between the 04 and 05, the main difference being the 05 has forged internals whereas the 04 had cast pistons.

pass with the 52mm offset wheels. The 3mm won't make a difference. 3mm is below a million/4 inch. You wont even word the version finding on the motor vehicle. And as far as "ruining" the suspension is going, you will would desire to objective plenty tougher than that... I beat on all my subarus and that they final invariably. good success on your seek for wheels.

Honestly, the square head light subarus are the best looking ones. In my opinion however, I prefer the oen that came with the round bugeye headlights.

04/05s are my favs. Thats why i bought one. theyre widely considered to be the best of the bunch when it comes to racing, looks, and quality (overall, not in each category).
