Fishing in bundy - cool!

Ok, depends what kind of holiday you're after. If you like the fishing / camping scene (and I know you do) and don't want to spend too much money or go too far head down to Woody Head, Nothern NSW, 6km before Iluka. It is the most awesome little camping ground that is a bit more 'bare bones' than others but it's a haven for fishing, snorkelling, kicking back and generally chilling out in the most divine setting. You need to drive through the National Park (sorry, name escapes me) to get there, which means you need to buy a permit from the ranger for about $20 bucks and then you just head straight towards the beach and the camp site is right on the shore line (about $8 per night per person for a non powered site). Trust me, it rocks - wait until school hols are out the way first though.

If you're more into the Resort scene this time, try Cable Beach Club Resort in Broome and you pretty much get the best of both worlds.

Otherwise head to the Iririki in Vanuatu - not as cheap as it use to be several years ago but as beautiful as ever. Hire a car and drive up the East side of the island for that feeling of secluded paradise. Can't vouch for the West side as last time I was there the road had been closed due to cyclone damage, but I'm sure it's just as pretty).

NZ is supposed to be stunning this time of the year and have some mega cheap specials.

You need to get away from work my friend...even if it's close to home

You need a six months vacation in the Greek Isles. Now is the perfect time to go. Less expensive than other parts of Europe and it gives you a new least on life. You can even do Yahoo! Answers on line while you're laying out on the veranda overlooking the beach.

I suggest getting onto your contacts in the industry. Remind them that you send people their way and that you have built up a core of Business/1st class travellers. Then, tell them that your knowledge of wherever/whatever is dated and that you need to have personal experience in luxury travel so that you can talk clients into spending up. Of course, it's no fun travelling alone so it'll have to be a trip for two.

Hey, maybe it's worth a try?
