Hmmmm, seein' I've been to Grandma's and can go anytime I like, I would be more prone to wanting to go in the house that says do NOT enter. I already know what's in Grandma's house and frankly, it's a bit quiet and smells like liniment. But a house that says do not enter, that just peaks my curiosity. I GOTTA know what's in it that someone would put a keep out sign on there.

Yes, most likely. Scenario 1: We amp up our military aggression and make our economic needs the primary cause of invading other countries, but have the profits make it into the countries hands instead of the political leaders hands (and his friends.) This isn't a sustainable method. Scenario 2: We hit a very bad recession, possible depression, but invest in sustainable markets, start manufactoring again, fix GATT & NAFTA to keep the jobs here. It'll be hard work, but we can do it and still remain secure. Scenario 3: A combination of 1&2 that could possibly weaken us to the point of major vulneralability, letting the Chinese or other nations take us over. Scenario 4: We continue on the Bush years, become jobless, bankrupt and leaving mushroom clouds around the globe, bye bye humanity (maybe a few rich white guys will live on a spacestation until they die off).

I'd enter Grandma's house, because I'd really love to see her again. My maternal Granny died when I was very young so I never got to know her. I'd like the opportunity to go back in time and talk to her.
