Every age is the perfect age. Every moment is the perfect moment. There is no scale.
We see the sun rise and the moon drop, we think that there is a "new day", when in reality there's just one continuous moment of now. Your past IS your present, your present IS your future.
When you can experience that kind of awareness (and anyone can) you will see that with every rising and passing of each sub atomic particle in your "body", each rejuvenation of each cell, is in perfect tune in the moment of now.
This is taking in life in it's fullest. And regardless of how we see ourselves and others physically at whatever "stage" in life we associate with, we then experience the richest of each moment as it rises and passess away with total equanimity.
Every "age" is the perfect age.
