Use a mild scrub or exfoliant to remove any dead cells and expose the blackhead. Pat your face dry. Place a damp warm wash cloth on your face for 15 minutes to soften the blackhead, making it easier to remove. Place a piece of tissue on the tip of each finger to avoid slipping, which could tear the skin and cause further damage. Gently apply even pressure to both sides of the blackhead by pushing down, then up around the blemish. You’re trying to apply the pressure from the blackhead. Only try this 1 or 2 times. If it does not “pop”, you may bruise the skin, make the blackhead worse, and could cause scarring. Exfoliate your skin 2 - 3 times a week too. Clean & Clear Morning Burst scrub is my fave. Don't scrub too hard & dont use a heavy oily moisturizer on your face either. Cleanse your face 2 times a day, but don't dry your skin out. Cetaphil is good to use.

never use pore strips they only help to extrude the blackheads temporarily but the blackheads will return the next day or the day after when your face gets oily or if you did not remove your make up well. also, a survey in a beauty magazine showed that many people experienced increased amounts of blackheads and increase pore size on the nose after using pore strips. just use a good exfoliating scrub once a day. you can also use a raw piece of tomato to rub around the blackheads to soften it and allow easy removal and it also shrinks your pores.

to be honest, I've tried dermotologist recomended creams for 'pimples' and they work for pimples, but for months i've used it on my nose, and very tiny blackheads still appear, the best thing really is to pop them out, pop it like its hot girl lol, the best way is to get a kleenex, and use the opposite corners of the tissue, and just squeeze , youll see it working its disguisting, but its something i find that actually works, even better than those STUPID blackhead nose strips by biore, which only gets only a few of them. Squeezing them urself with a tissue (never use your bare hands!=bacteria) gets more blackheads out. Just make sure you do this weekly.
Tips for squeezing:
always you a clean, clothe, tissue,
and like i said use the corners of it, hold it with both of your hands, with the thumb and the INDEX finger, and then the rest of your fingers should be curled up, the index finger does most of the popping, when u get to the black head, GO RIGHT AT THE EDGES of both sides, this works the best, but make sure u dont cover the black head when trying to squeeze, else obviously you'll be blocking it and u cant squeeze it out, duh!...trust me this method works. then after theyre freshly squeezed all out, wash your face and apply a pimple medicine that firms (and ingredient like benzol peroxide <- sorry didnt spell it right), or you can use 100% Aloe Vera Gel, that works great too, and helps prevent blackheads.

Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. get yourself a blackhead extraction tool. You can usually find them at local drugstore or beauty supply store. Best when used right after warm shower.
