There are so many, but Norman Vincent Peale is considered the father of positive thinking. Anything by him would be a good start.

I don't know about a positive thinking book, but there is a book I'm reading by Tara Brach called Radical Acceptance that is an excellent book about embracing your life at whatever point it currently is and moving forward and learning to be your own best friend. I highly recommend it. It is very spiritually based and a very good read.

A very tiny little book - about 85 pages - written in the style of a fairy tale called The Knight in Rusty Armor by Robert Fisher. It is life changing. Pax - C.

Jonathan Livingstone Seagull by Richard Bach. Also Illusions, same author. Both under a 100 pages, but are absolute must-reads.

Frankly, I prefer "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." It's not about positive thinking, per se, it's about changing your habits to pursue the goals you really want.

I don't know if he's written a book, but you could get a lot of positive thinking from tele Evangelist Joel Olsten, (i believe that's his name). I can't tell you what channel he's on, but i see him on Sunday. I don't consider myself big on Religion, but the way he says it, makes it good for me.
