I've asked this question two times but no one seems to understand what I am trying to ask. Alright, I am trying to fix the layout of the worksheet, document page, word file, what ever you want to call it. I have no problems with the font, it's perfectly fine.

I am not asking how to change it or how to center the FONT, I know perfectly well how to center the FONT by using the tool bar and highlighting the text I want centered, etc etc.

What I need to know how to do is how to center the actual page/paper itself. It is shifted to the left for some reason and it looks weird. Please help.

Choose Format, then Page.
Are your left and right margins the same
(and the top and bottom?)

OO or openofice is a solar technologies launch now. It has continuously been GNU/GPL, now i think of it quite is LPGL or some nonsense on the grounds that microsoft bought Novell. After 4 years of touting that Linux is EVIL! Microsoft up and buys a Linux Distro that they are in a position to re-sell for $199.ninety 9 or something stupid. OpenOffice is thoroughly autonomous of an OS. I run it on a 1998 AMS with win 95 and Ubuntu. So no, one would not want any microsoft something to run a Java application.

I don't think you can adjust where the apage displayed in the window (it always stays on the left side) but you can set the zoom to "page width" so it will fill the entire window. That won't affect your document at all though, if you want it to display in a particular part of the screen, just move the window around.

U can reduce the paper size shown from the tool bar. It is usually set to 70%, u may reduce it as u like.
Also try the page setup option...

Hmm, here's my alternative suggestion.

Try to modify your printer settings, or perhaps alter your page settings itself and then increase the border size of the left side of your page so the whole page prints farther on the right.

If this is excel, then in File -- > print preview. Click the Setup button. Then select Adjust to <100> % select the percentage to adjust the page size. You will get better results.

i think it will just look weird becouse you are editing it. try saving it then close it and reopen it. i dont think that the area to the right that isn't being used will be a problem( it my just be THERE when you look at it).

There should be a number in percent at the top, on the toolbar. click on it, and choose 100%.
