well, in fishes they've got a spinal column and some sharp branches, like tens of ribs...but apart from that, in most fishes when you want to eat their meat you have to take out other little sharp things in their meats, which they are like needles, very thin, sharp, and it really hurts if you swallow them:)..what do you call them in everyday English?(i am not looking for its scientific name thu)..thanks for your help. i searched a dictionary but i couldn't find it...

They are called pin bones.
These are small bones found in most fish fillets. They stick directly out of the thickest part of the fillet and can be easily removed with a pair of pliers or specialized fish tweezers. Most restaurants remove them before cooking the fish.

They are still called bones. Fish bones. There is no other word for it. Just plain fish bones. Or in you case, danger!
Now when people are on deserted islands, they usually make sewing needles out of the bones. They aren't called ribs or anything like that. They've always been known as 'bones'.

Those are also called bones. Fish have a skeleton like most animals, and those sharp things are just smaller bones. Often you get them in your fish when the person filleting or preparing the fish for cooking doesn't trim the fish enough.

Those are fish bones. That's the everyday English way to refer to them. I don't know the scientific term but you wanted plain English.
