i assume ANY song could be sentimental. Even "confident, we've not got any Bananas" or "i've got have been given a fine looking Bunch of Coconuts" can mean some thing specific to somebody. nonetheless, one beautiful previous song whose lyrics handle issues that have such meaning is "those silly issues (strike a cord in me of You)".

Aww, that's cute. Yes, I have one. A big band tune called "My Foolish Heart", that has a alto sax solo (played by a friend). I play this tune with him, along with the jazz band. It reminds me of my Lady.
There are some others, but this is the one that makes me like that. Peace!
