My favorite way to enjoy chicken is in Chicken Cacciatore. The chicken is fried first (browned) then simmered in a tomatoe sauce with red wine, celery, onions and mushrooms. Very good if you're a pasta lover.

I love roasted chicken with garlic on it. The other thing is to take chicken pieces,
make up a shake with cornmeal, lots of garlic, parmesan cheese and bake
until it's done. I just love chicken--done anyway. Don't let people get to you. It's
not worth it and they get their's in the long run. Good question. : }
