Being Chinese myself. Death in a home is never a good thing. If they are into Feng Shui, even a plant that died in the house to a gold fish that died in the house is seen as bad luck/ bad chi (energy). As for a person dying in the house of old age, it is not as bad as someone who hung themselves, next down would be other form of suicides. Murders are a big no no with little to no exceptions.

A resolve might be to offer a chinese cleansing ritual before they purchase the house. If the occupant died alone or surrounded with family and friends, did the occupant pass away VERY VERY OLD and happy? If you say yes, then use that to your advantage.

Who disclosed this info that may cost the seller a sale? In your state is death of old age a required disclosure? I know that in Texas it is not.

If you are representing the buyers, let them know that people go home to die in this country - if they need to know that no death happened in their home, they need to order one built (and even then, a death may occur)
