How many battery volts does a Motorola Razr charger give out?

I want to charge my MP4 using my Motorola Razr's charger and my MP4's charger gives out 5 Vs so...I dont want the battery to die out. I can't seem to find how much it gives out... :[
Help?

On the back of my Razr's charger it says 100-240 volts.
