Well, we'll be roasting the usual chicken, making some baked mac & cheese, egg salad that's to die for and all kinds of alcohol to wash it down with. In moderation (ahem) of course.

Picnic ham - hash brown casserole - green bean casserole - a couple of salads and pies for desert.

Hmm, I'm making puerto Rican "Arroz con Gandules"
And my mom is throwing down with the Hungarian Gypsy side,
Gypsy Rice, Sausage, Sweet egg thingy, Glazed ham, sweet potatoes, and I think thats it.

Honey-mustard glazed Ham, Yams with brown sugar and marshmallows on top, Cole slaw for KFC, cause theirs is the best. Biscuits. desert.
