Is it true that they were never in the same place? the video is all fix?

No it's not true. There was footage of them on one of those entertainment shows (Extra, I think) that shows them filming the video together and they seemed like they were getting along well.

I wouldn't be surprised because technology has given us some great editing tricks.
Them not being in the same place did not ruin the video, I really liked it.
