Workaholic. Lazy ones end up putting more work on their employees.

They are both just as bad. The lazy boss is not going to pay much attention to anything, including what you are doing. So that boss will either put the company out of business or get fired or worse blame you and fire you.
The workaholic boss is not going get into any trouble but is always going to be pushing you. And will expect you to make the same sacrifices he makes for his enormous salary for the meager salary you earn. The upside is as long as you work hard your position will be secure but you probably won't advance.
I would prefer a sane boss.

workaholic boss. They tend to work alongside the workers and they are alot more respectful tward their employees. I like a hard working boss. The ones who sit around in the office are dipsticks. They dont have any reality of how things are when they are actually working out there with the employees.

Depends i'm already self motivated any extra pressure is just counter productive, I would rather never hear or see from the boss except when he's thanking me for his bonus.
