I am not sure you can fit 2 bedrooms into 750' ,
Or if you do they would be closet size.
And this area is a more recently developed (SW Utah / Washington County - population went from under 25K in the county 10 years ago , to well over 100K now)
Sooooo, the starters are new , mostly about 1200 ' ,
3 bed / 2 bath starting around $175K .
There are some apartments / condos about that size ( 750) and would be about $125K or a rental.
Just go on Yahoo real estate and enter the zip code of the area you are interested in.
Here is 84770 . . . altho > > Warning < <
Many places allow the listing of mobiles under real estate , even tho they are in a rental park .
Seems inappropriate to me , but they do ! (They'll be the cheapest listings)

For a smaller house like you describe, probably about $300,000 give or take. There are not that many houses that small here in Southern California, but a standard 3-2, 1200 sq ft, starts around $500,000.
Ugh.....

In a nice little town called Weston that is horribly expensive.
