Your drive probably came with Nero Essentials or a cut version of Roxio DVD Creator.

If you can't find either, go to imgburn.com and download a copy of ImgBurn, which is completely free and very easy to use, much easier than even Nero.

Go into Build mode, and you'll get a small window into which you can drag all the files or directories you want to burn to DVD. Insert the media into the drive and close the drive, and the program will check the files and tell you if it will fit on to the media. When ready, hit the "write/burn" button (it's a picture) and wait!
