Geeks are a bit less intelligent than nerds. Both are sometimes considered to be "uncool".
(Though, personally, I think nerds are the coolest, sexiest people alive)

A Geek knows everything there is to know about electronics- specifically computers
A Nerd - is just a Geek with broken glasses and a pocket protector..

Geeks are smarter than nerds. Anybody can be a geek but it takes effort to be a nerd. Like computer geeks versus chat nerds.

I think a Geek is socially retarded as well as smart. A Nerd is really into his studies but is also super nice when you get to know him

I don't really know, sorry. Only ignoramuses label people like that because while they're busy trying to be "cool" they've wasted a whole life goofing around while the geeks & nerds become bosses.

In my opinion a Geek is stranger. Someone you would see in a freak show or circus. A Nerd is more like a bookworm or someone that has poor taste in clothes.

I think a nerd would be very interested academically. A greek would be very interested in technology, like video games and computers.
