Are you asking about a freshwater tank or saltwater? I don't think it's possible to buy them for freshwater, but I've collected them in water and muck from a local lake once when I did a program for a school group. You could try this yourself, but I'd be concerned about the possible introduction of parasites or chemicals if you would just add the pond water and muck to a freshwater tank. You would need to culture it in a jar or small aquarium through several water changes and for a very long period of time.

If you're setting up a saltwater tank, I've had some bryozoa on live rock, which you can buy.

You can't buy them at all. Try getting a featherduster for her tank. Those little woorms that look like featherdusters. They look cool.
