I believe... I *know* that strong feelings and all their intensities can transcend distance. We are only limited by our perceptions of the limits of the medium with which we choose to communicate.

I know it can....because I've felt his touch on a few occasions even though he is far away...and because a good friend of mine is moving from Ireland, from his home, all the way here to the US to be with his love in October ~ finally! :)
