No. First, they now have that giant bullseye on them, so every team is going to treat their game against the Gators as the National Title game. Second, Tebow may not be able to stay healthy given all of the hits he will take. Third, the SEC has too many teams that already didn't like the Gators, so expect some brutal games next season. Fourth, Tebow has yet to prove himself as an effective passer.

i think we have to wait until tebow actually plays this fall, because we have barely seen him pass the football at all...clearly the gators will be an amazing running team with tebow and percy harvin leading the way, but the questions lie in the passing game and also on defense, where the gators lose several key players

No because they have a bulleyes on them and for two tebow is not a great passer of yet (he might even fool me). The SEC is harsh and for the buckeyes they will have a hard time too because they have a bulleye too, and they play wisc and mich in the same season. Plus they both lost good players. but the buckeyes have great returners so they should be able to be in the top 15 by season end but the gators i would say top 25

Tim Tebow is, and will be a great college quarterback. However, will all the talent in the SEC, and with Nick Saban back at Alabama, it will be more difficult to repeat. The talent pool in the NCAA itself is dgreatly sispersed as it is, wait until after the spring games though, it may be too early.

No they will not repeat. They will miss Chris Leak more than they admit. (I am talking about the fans who wanted him benched). I want to see if Tebow will stand up to the constant punishment he is going to take. He is a good athlete but when you run the option you are going to take a lot of hits and Tebows running style is straightforward. They also need to watch out for some of their rivals who are going to be looking for payback this year.

No, they will not. Tebow is a good quarterback but i dont see a good arm from him. He has the legs but the surrounding cast will take them to a bowl game(not the National Championship Bowl Game).

If they consistently, like every play against Ohio State the he was in on, run up the middle...they'll have a good chance. I found it amazing counting 11 times he came in and every one of them he ran up the middle for himself. The sad thing is Ohio State could not stop it, it was horrible. I've never seen the kid pass before, it's a good question because Michael Vick isn't winning.
